Boot Camp/ Group Training

This is a class designed for all levels of the fitness spectrum, as it allows you to progressively increase your workload with modifications for the beginner to extra challenging “tweaks” that have made the super fit feel like they’ve come unprepared! This course will build and tone muscles while burning more calories and fat than your average aerobics class! This experience will have you feeling like a “bullet-proofed” teen again!

This class is not your run-of-the-mill boot camp! It was designed by a former U.S. Marine, who upon his end of active service, was hired to work as a Drill Instructor for a Boot Camp that reformed male teenagers. Your average exercise regime does not challenge this group after the first few weeks, as their bodies are at the stage to adapt rather quickly from physical training (you remember those days).

So, he sought out and designed more intensive exercises to challenge them and keep them excited about honing their minds and bodies! All of this experience supplemented with a background in Human Performance and Personal/ Group exercise training brought to you by someone who has “been there and done that” - not someone who calls a group doing exercises, accompanied by meaningless yelling - BOOT CAMP! This class is also a great tension and stress reliever!

We are kicking off this fall in Northwest Houston. We have two locations along with morning and evening sessions.
